  WOW! What a life saver. I called Terry and left a message and within 5 minutes he called me back and told me he was on his way! When arriving he was so kind and professional! He diagnosed the problem, was very transparent on pricing and had my battery fixed within 30 minutes or less. After completion, he called me and went over everything that was done on the car. He told me to call him if something was not to my satisfaction and he would return to look at it again for no charge! I am beyond impressed! I wish he had a shop that I could regularly service my car at! Thank you so much!

Transparency is very important to us, and so is communication and standing behind our work; it is all bundled up in what we call our world class customer service promise. Thank you also for your complimentary and flattering review. Fast T's is well equipped to repair 90% of mechanical failures on site at your location. The only thing we can not do is work with fluids we can't completely control and clean up in residential areas.   This business will be on speed dial for the next car need I have. Although I ended up not using him today (long story with insurance roadside assistance issue), he was so helpful and professional on the phone!! Thank you!

  I hope I never have another car problem, but if I do this will be the first place I call. Outstanding service. The communication was great. I didn't need to hang around and wait. He kept me informed of when he would be here and was here when he said he would be here. I can't recommend him highly enough.
