  It was nice that there was a machine handy to make keys and it did make me keys in a timely manner although it was hard to pay for the keys (this could be that the machine had wear and tear) Unfortunately, none of the three keys I made worked in my lock. They do guarantee them. I will have to call the company. It's just frustrating because I really needed the keys.

  I had three copies of a key made, but the key stock used was incorrect so the keys would not fit. Useless. I called the 800 number and they gave me a refund easily. But I still had to go to a "real" key place and get my copies. I guess all the bugs are not quite worked out.
