  I never leave bad reviews for places but felt like I should share what happened to stop someone else from experiencing it! I locked my keys in my car and called, they said they had someone in the area and would dispatch them to me as soon as I paid the $140 cost to unlock my car. I paid and after waiting thirty minutes, I received a text saying no one was available to come and they’d refund me in 3-5 business days. I understand miscommunication happens and things come up, but I can’t help but wonder how frustrating this would be for someone if that $140 was the only money to their name! And then what would they do… $0 and their keys are still locked in the car! Thankfully it all worked out but I worry for someone who is low on money and this happening to them.

  The key machine took a bit longer than expected, but all three keys I had made worked perfectly and inserted smoothly!
