  Every key I've ever made with the self-serve kiosk has worked perfectly. I enjoy the experience much more without having to flag down an employee just to have a key made. Plus, saving keys to your profile makes cutting copies in the future so much easier. Wish these kiosks were in every hardware store!

  I wouldn't recommend this at all, got the key made and didn't even work. Worth service ever. And they didn't even stand behind it to fix the problem or replace them for free. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
