  Amazingly impressive service and honesty. He could have easily (in my case) tried to sell me on having to replace my whole lock but instead, he fixed what I had without pressing me on anything. He was on time, quick, thorough, explained what was wrong, fixed it, paid him, he left. Mike is awesome and I will be sure to both use the services again and recommend to anyone.

  Like an idiot I locked myself out of the house. They arrived quickly and rapidly got me back into the house all the while answering my questions about the lock. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Recommend highly.
