  After choosing a brass key, I was offered the option to get another brass key at half price. I clicked Yes and it right away made a duplicate of the same key. But how I wished I could have the option to have a different key duplicated at that half price deal. Key works but I had to do some filing of the edges because they were sharp with some metal fragments from the cutting process.

  Great experience overall. They try to up-sell you and have you buy another key with one brass key for free, maybe useful sometime but not interested this time :-) They tried multiple times before giving up and going on with the final transaction. The cut key works like a charm.

  Had 2 house keys made. One brass key and a I <3 Home key. Both keys would not work. It didn't cut the keys correctly. That was a waste.
