  The customer service here is awesome!!!!! The guy that helped me with my car I believe was the owner and he was really helpful letting me know what my rights were after I was sold a broken vehicle! They did the diagnostic on my vehicle let me know exactly what was wrong with it and luckily I was able to get the dealer that sold me my broken vehicle to pay for and ship me the parts I needed to fix it! Had it not been for this mechanic shop coaching me on what to say to the person who tried to screw me on my car I don't think I would have been able to get my vehicle fixed and even though I didn't have my car repaired at this shop they still helped me figure out what exactly we needed to get the car working and a family member was able to install it all for me. I highly recommend going to these guys and getting a diagnostic test done before purchasing any used vehicle had I done that in the first place it would have saved me a huge headache!!!!! We will definitely be using this shop for any repairs we are unable to preform at home! Thank you guys for all your help now I finally have a reliable vehicle! The recycled manifold came and it worked!!! Had it not been for you letting me know what to say to get that dealer to make things right I would probably still be sitting here with a broken car! Tedious auto repair is honest and to me I think the best shop in town because so many other shops are in it just to screw you out of money and these guys are super solid folks and honest!

  I unfortunately did not have a great experience here, they are not thorough with their repairs. I was told I needed a new carbon canister and it was going to cost $570. I went to Jerry’s advanced automotive and they found a hose that was not attached to canisher. Jerry attached the hose and saved me hundreds of dollars.I highly recommend Jerry if you are looking for a honest/affordable auto repair. I’m a college student and can’t afford someone to be lazy with my auto repair

  Customer came in with a p0442 code. We repaired the filler neck and the code went off. When the customer came back there was a new code for a evap circuit, she was upset. I offered a quote to fix the evap circuit code and she declined. We smoked tested the system and visually checked for leaks. There was none. I suspect the code will be back soon.

  Very good company to work with. Check engine light came on for my Camry and They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and repair the sensor same day. Highly recommend for all of your "Tedious repairs".
