  We were fortunate enough to find A-Rock's Locks when we needed house re-keying on behalf of a client. From the first phone call with Eric, it became apparent we were dealing with a professional. He got us scheduled at the time we requested, explained the pricing and was very polite and friendly. When it came time for the appointment, we received a courtesy call reminding us of his arrival time prior to the appointment. He was punctual and had the job completed very quickly. The price was exactly as quoted in the initial phone call and was very reasonable. Eric was very diligent and took pride in his work. He even spent some extra time improving how one of the locks functioned. When the job was completed we were offered a full range of convenient payment options and he facilitated taking payment from our out of town client. My work brings me into contact with a lot of tradespeople and it is rare to find true professionals like Eric. I would highly recommend A-Rock's locks for your locksmithing needs.
