  Everything about this business is to be commended. We had an unusual situation. We had a lock that needed to be opened so our friend, who was house sitting for us, could get in the house. We called Valley Lock and Safe (VLS) arranged for the job to be done despite our not being there personally (we're on vacation, remember? ). They understood our predicament, immediately went to meet our friend at the house, got the job done, and then called us for payment. Other companies wouldn't do it unless the credit card was at the job site. All interactions with VLS were professional but friendly and even though we weren't there at the job site, they worked with us. 1Yup. They earned a life timeI I customer in my husband and me. Thanks VLS!I
