  We had a great experience with Safe and Sound. They are very professional and responsive. I set up the appointment with Sue at the front desk for a re-key to our office and she had Jason out within one hour to help! Jason was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend hiring Safe and Sound. We will be keeping them in mind for any future jobs.

  My grandfather clock has a lock on the door and the key snapped off, leaving it closed and locked. I needed to open this door to raise the weights to make the clock work. This was an unusual situation because it's an old fashioned skeleton key/lock. Safe and Sound sent a young man who has the patience of a saint. He gave a free estimate and then returned to make a new key that actually worked to open the door. I'm very pleased with this service!
