Had to replace mailbox lock.  Company was very responsive to my calls and price was very reasonable compared to other locksmiths in the area.  Craig showed up on time and was very nice and professional.  He had the lock replaced in a few minutes.

By far the best locksmith installation I have used since arriving to Naples. My service tech Jack installed 3 Schlage key pads for me and was very patient in teaching me all their features. All future lock & safe needs will be with these guys

We had several keypad locks installed recently.  Our technician Jack was very thorough and conscientious.  He took his time to make sure everything worked perfectly and that we knew how to operate the locks.   He was courteous, timely and extremely professional.  Thank you for a great job, Jack!

The tech who came out to do the work was Craig.  He did a GREAT job installing a new dead bolt and a new keyed door knob in my pool bath.  The hardware looks and works great and I am thrilled to have new ones that work so much better than the ones that were replaced because they were no longer efficient.  Craig was prompt and did an excellent installation for me.

Craig visited us today and replaced the combination lock on our safe.  . He was on time, knowledgable and polite.  In a word, he was very professional.

I recently had two new keypad locks installed on my exterior doors.  Jack came out and installed both locks in a professional and timely manner.
He was kind enough to assist with the install of the Schlage App to my cell phone.  Jack was very patient with me and made sure I had a complete understanding of how to navigate through the App and properly use my new locking system.

I highly recommend A Locksmith in Naples, and especially Craig. I had a time sensitive, although non-emergency, need to have my lock and hardware replaced. They made sure to fit me in. Craig does a great job and gets it right quickly.

They were able to fix all my doors easily and replace a couple of locks that were not working.  Craig was great!

Jack was great, Showed up on time-worked diligently-fulfilled all my requests-cleaned up. Very professional.  Will recommend to other owners in my community. DW
