We had an emergency where my daughter lost the house keys back at the hotel we stayed at. The team at this business was great! I had the misfortune of having locked myself out of my house and needed a locksmith. I found this company on Google. They answered my call, arrived within minutes, and fixed the issue. Great service!

Scam! I was lockout of my car and called them. The technician got to my house 2 hours late and charged me 3 times more then the original quote they gave me over the phone. The guy came with unmarked vehicle. And didn’t know what it was doing.
So i looked into the reviews they’re all fake profiles. I went to there address the company doesn’t exist at the address nor on the Florida companies list. It’s dispatch scam service not a local company. every time you call somebody else answers you. On their website under terms and conditions they saying they’re a lead company and they not responsible on nothing read their terms and condition before you calling them. They will triple charge you The original quote.

If you show me a receipt or a business card with my business name on it I’ll give you $5000 in cash ,You are reviewing the wrong business we will be happy to assist

If I could, I would actually have put -5 stars. The experience started with him saying he would be at my place in 15-25 he got here in 60-70 minutes . That was fine with me but then, he charged me $500 for a literal two second job and my lock is very basic so in no world should I have been charged that much. HUGE ripof

You are a scammer and I know who you are ,stop reviewing my business or I’ll start revising yours ,you never did business with me and you can’t even show me a picture of a receipt I have nothing in the system for this name and for this account,this is a scammmm

Charged $650 to open the door to my apartment because it was a “difficult lock”. Literally didn’t even take 60 seconds to open. Then wanted to charge more to put the lock back on. You should be ashamed. Stay away!

Theses guys are fakes and phonys who send jobs out to unlicensed contractors who have no idea what they are doing. i got screw and i wont make that mistake again.

Takes hours to get to me and charges more than I was told on the phone .    This is not the kind of service I’m used to getting in Naples.

Horrible service. He honestly took almost 2 hours to arrive to me and took another 30 to open car. Charge 220$.
