Like the convenience of a self serve kiosk in Lowes Home Improvement store.  However, I needed to have 2 different keys copied.  The kiosk system should allow for someone to make copies of multiple keys with only one charge to your credit card.  Just to make two copies of two keys you have to go through the process of two charges.  Sort of silly.

The key purchased did not work.  However, contacting the company via email through the website had a refund generated in less than 48 hours.  Great customer recovery!  We will not hesitate to use the service again.  Thank you for the professional service

Reasonably fast and easy to navigate. We had multiple keys made from one original. All copies worked when tested. It would be even better if the machine could cut more than one key at a time.

I made six copies of one key.  None of them work.  If you compare the keys you can see the original is different from the copies. The shoulder of the copy has not been cut deeply enough, which means the copy cannot insert as deeply into the lock.

I am going to try filing the shoulder a bit to see if that fixes the problem.  But regardless, I would not recommend this service as the key itself has poor structural integrity caused by cutting the ML logo into the bow.

Convenient and pretty fast.  Would have given 5 stars if it were a little faster but I did copy 3 keys so definitely 4 stars.

I made 5 keys and none of them worked. These machines do not work well. It seems there isn't any maintenance and often they do not work. I used the machine at Lowe's at the Winter Garden Village, Winter Garden, Florida. The service is very convenient, but if it does not work, it is a waste of time

Key failed. Looked way to long for a house key and just barely matched up wirh the og key. Took it home, tried it. Failed. No clue how to get an exchange or refund. Been well over 30 days. 😔

We made three copies, it ended more expensive than Ace Hardware,  even with the buy 2 get 1 free. None of the keys worked!

None of my keys work for the locks. Had 3 made. Will need to redo the keys.

We used the kiosk in Lowe’s. It was quick and easy and the keys work great.
