  I have used their key kiosk many times in the past without any issues. All the keys always worked fine in the locks. Machine was fast and efficiently located. This is the first time I had a padlock key set made, it didn’t like the key, and made the 3 incorrectly. Once the machine started, I could not stop it, as it had to finish the transaction. So I called up customer service, and they promptly refunded to my account. Customer service was polite and efficient. I still remain a satisfied customer, and will do business again.   Quick and easy. Make your own keys inside Wal-Mart. Note this is a kiosk not a locksmith. Not sure why someone would complain about a national phone number and then leave a one-star review cause it doesn’t provide what they want.

  Excellent system to make copies of keys, I liked the variety of personalized keys that they have for one in addition to how easy it is to make a copy
