  I was excited to be able to make a few new keys, but when I got them home and tried to use them, they didn’t work. After comparing the new keys with the original, they were longer so they would not go in all the way.

  Didn't work in the lock and you have to call an 800 number to work it out where there was a hold time. This is not worth my time for a $4 key. It cost a $1 less to have a human cut my key in the same Lowes store, and if there is an issue the store will fix it.
