Cut 5 keys from working master key. all new keys were hard to work, and 2 would not work at all. Took back to store for refund. Got keys cut elsewhere that worked.

This was my first time having a key made with a machine. I was hesitant but the man-operated machine had a message on it and not in operation. I had three keys made and every one of them fit the lock at home perfectly. I highly recommend Minute Key.
