Harold was great.  My company has used his service many times before and so he has become familiar with our settings. Comes in promptly and completes the job quickly. Locked out? Takes just a second and the door's open. Replacing locks? Easy. He even conveniently provides key copies at an okay price.  Also, he is very flexible in his schedule which is awesome.

These guys were fantastic. Harold , the locksmith they sent over, arrived in less than half an hour, and it took him two seconds to open my door. This company cost me more money than I would have saved purchasing a key from the dealer. My wife and I try hard to support local so when we find a local business and we can save money, that's just a wonderful bonus. Unfortunately things didn't work out well. We called at 10am to get a second Key FOB and extra key for our work van. We were told that it could be done but that we would have to wait until the afternoon. So we didn't book any of our work from the afternoon through evening and stayed home waiting. At 5:00pm we received a call saying they were on the way and would call when they were close. At 7:40pm we received a call saying they were in Arlington which is over an hour away and they they still weren't done there and could they come the next day. I'm sorry, my family just can't risk losing another day of income. It would have been so much better had they just said they were busy at 10am that morning and could we book another day. We never give small businesses a 1 star as maybe they are just having a bad day and we are not going to do that today, but these folks cost our family income and the loss of just about a whole day of our life.

Needed to get the locks changed quickly due to a potential security issue. Called the office, Harold called back within 2 minutes and after a quick chat said he would be there in 30 minutes. Arrived in under 25mins, had a quick chat about what the issue was and immediately changed our locks. Couldn't have asked for a better, faster service. Harold is absolutely brilliant! Wouldn't have a single hesitation in calling for his help if we need it again.

My apartment key broke inside of my lock and I wasn't able to get it out. I called Legacy Keys  and they arrived in under 20 minutes. I didn't catch the name of my locksmith, but he was spunky and nice and happy to do the work. He removed the piece of key from the lock and made a copy of the broken key and it works perfectly!

Horrible experience. The guy was supposed to unlock my cars computer and told me he would come by around 3pm the next day when I called him. When I called him the next day around 3pm he said he had some cars in front of me and would be coming by in 2-3 hours. I said ok even though it was inconvenient, I need my car running for work. After that he never answered my calls and I ended up waiting for four hours. They never called me to tell me he couldn’t make it or anything. I would never recommend this place.
