Called at 5:43am as my 71 year old mom was locked out of her home and she’s going through cancer treatments so I figured I’d handle this for her while she rested and take care of it early when I assumed there would be a lot of activity. I called again at 5:43am and was told a technician would call me in 15-25 minutes. I headed the 30 minute drive to my moms home while she rested at our home. When I arrived at 6:20 no one had called. I called again at 6:46am and they told me the technician would be calling shortly. They said they same thing. Technician would be calling shortly. Where has customer service gone? Why can’t they get an ETA from the technician or at least a explanation and call the customer back to keep them updated??? Instead I wait for a call that never comes. I called again at 7:10am and NOTHING. It’s now 7:20am almost 2 hours after I called and was promised a 15-25 minute call back and a technician on their way. Would never call them. Would rather break a window to get into my home and replace the window.

Really easy to deal with, and great customer service. Made an appointment and had new car keys within 24 hours! Will use again for any future key needs.

I used the Key Me machine in a grocery store lobby to make a copy of my house key. It was a very easy process, and took only 5 minutes. After the process was initiated, an offer popped up onscreen: for an additional $1.00 the cut edge of the key would be smoothed out. I felt the service was already borderline too expensive, so I opted out of that. The finished key works perfectly in the door, but it does have a VERY sharp edge that seems like it would snag pockets and perhaps cut skin.
