I was making 8 keys for my office. I mistakenly did not have the exact change that the machine requested, I thought I did. So I had to cancel the order and request a refund. This was company money so not my personal account and I needed the keys immediately, as it was for my office door. I called and spoke with Drew and he was absolutely fabulous, very helpful, courteous, and understanding. He stayed on the line with me until all keys were made. He provided me codes to redeem so that I could receive the keys that day instead of waiting for a refund. Amazing customer support.
