  My car broke down while driving on Interstate 81, called these guys for a tow, first the driver tried to see if it was a quick roadside fix to save me time and money, sadly it was not but rarely do tow truck drivers try and fix the car, usually they just tow it, I was grateful for his honesty, character and then he got there in about 20 minutes which I considered fast, he asked were I wanted it towed, not being from the area, I asked for recommendations, he recommended a local Mercedes repair shop, I was happy as I expect faster repairs and a lower price than a dealer, cost, it was way less than I expected and worth every penny.

  I accidentally locked my keys in my truck and was feeling pretty stranded in a parking lot. Joel arrived quickly after we called and had my truck unlocked in a flash. He was very professional and super friendly. He made a bad experience less stressful, and the price was great! JR Towing & Lockout Services will be getting all my future business when I find myself in need.

  My friend’s car wasn’t working, he calls them up to get the car towed. Joel gets there and helps us out. He got the car to start working again and did a great job. He was super friendly, gave us tips on what to look out for and he even made sure everything was fine before he left. One of the best interactions I’ve ever had and would strongly recommend their services.
