  I was a little hesitant on doing this, but pressed for time and no one else around to copy a key. The machine did a great job and very fast and efficient. I was doing this for the office and did not realize no printed receipts were available so I lost out on a receipt and got an email on the second AFTER I realized. Also, in making two different place keys, I wish there was another plain option to differentiate like for a back door and front, if one doesn't want to go with the design printed keys. I will definitely use again.

  I called at 11:30 & they said they will let us know ETA by calling me back but they did not call me. I waited 30 minutes in cold weather without jacket & then when I called them they said they can come tomorrow at 7 AM. Please don’t do false publicity, kindly remove open 24 hours in google. Don’t even bother calling this guys.

  Just make sure to call ahead to make sure the kiosk works! One I went to was broken. But when I finally found a kiosk that works, it was great! Ended up with an bonus free brass key. That was nice. Super cheap and fast and I didn't have the deal with any humans!
