  They were not successful completing the job. Second locksmith called but never came. I was unable to get in touch with the locksmith after waiting for him for quite a while. Was unhappy with the service and my mother was stranded outside for multiple hours because of it.

  I have used Minute Key for some years now and have had no problem with them. However recently I've noticed they have switched to a new Credit Card processing device and it does not work at half of the Walmart locations in the Durham/Raleigh areas. It freezes up and you have to cancel your order and go somewhere else. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP. Other than that no complaints
