  We called this place because we have a business in the same shopping center. We had a door within our office that was locked and we called and requested a locksmith. They gave us a window of 30 min, that turned into a over an hour. When they arrived, I asked for a re-key and he didn't have the machine, so I just opted for the door to be opened. When the service tech was done (whom was very nice, just an employee) he mentioned that his 5 min of service was going to be $450 for an office door and $50 for service call. The operator on the phone never mentioned pricing, only asked if someone was here to pay. That was an OUTRAGEOUS FEE for the service we had performed. I have used many locksmiths in the past and expected a fee of around $100 to $150. Very, very unprofessional and I feel like I have been scammed!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  I got my keys stuck in my truck. I figured I call these guys since they have such “great Reviews”. I called at 1:30 and they said they have one of there techs call me. He did call me promptly. He said he’d take an hr to get to me so I asked if he had someone else that can be at my place sooner. He said he’d call me back with that information. After 15 min I decided to call since I had no call back. Customer service said they would have him call me. I waited another 15 and decided to call again. They said they would have them call. So I decided to wait a little longer maybe I was calling to much so I waited 30 minutes and still no call back. Very unprofessional. If they weren’t unable to help me they should of said so instead of having me waste mine and there time. I’m not sure who’s running this place, but they should practice good communication. I finally called another company and they arrived in 15. The tech also showed up right after after not calling me back and updating me. Good communication is all that was needed.

  So easy to use. Others have told me that they have seen the machine; but they feared it was too complicated to use. Not so. It was so easy and fast. The best part was not having to drive to Home Depot, find someone to help, wait for them to make the key and then wait again at the register to pay. I just walked up to the machine, inserted the key I wanted duplicated, then followed the simple on-screen steps. I paid with a credit card right there. Within minutes, I had my new key and went on with my grocery shopping.
