I needed my car key copied. I took it to Home Depot, who said they couldn't do it because this key needed the car dealer to make it. I took a chance with the kiosk, and was pleasantly surprised that I got my car within a few days, and it works! I'm glad I tried!

Do not use them to send a locksmith. They contract out and the person you get may take advantage of your situation. Learn from my experience: 1. An honest locksmith will provide an estimate for both driving out and the service. If you are locked out, they should provide pricing upfront. Do not accept them if they won't give an estimate. 2. If locked out, lock picking should be attempted before drilling the lock. A drilled lock means a lock that needs to be replaced, which of course they will be happy to provide (and charge for). If a quick Google search brought you here, a little research will save you lots of money.

The keys were good and worked. One key couldn't be copied because it used an unusual template.
