  It was so convenient to have the KeyMe kiosk at my local grocery store. I made two copies of two house keys and got an extra free for each. They worked perfectly. Very pleased.

  Not thrilled at all. Called and they said they would send someone out. The person contacted me and said they were 45 minutes out. 1 1/2 hours passed, I called again, then they said they were 25 minutes out. 45 minutes later, I called and they didn’t pick up anymore. At this point we have been waiting for 3 hours. I called the business to let them know and then they said they were going to send someone else out and it took them another 45 minutes again. They tried to charge me full price after all this!
