  Make sure you get a quote before they come to your house. It cost almost $300 to get the locks on two doors rekeyed and to get 5 copies of the key. This wasn't an emergency and I didn't replace the locks, just had them rekeyed. I didn't realize it would be so expensive until they arrived and started doing the work. If I had canceled their service at that point, they would have charged me $110 just to come out. They charge $7 per key, so I suggest getting one copy and taking it to Home Depot or someplace that only charges $2 to $3 for key copies. The actual service, however, was done well and they showed up on time.

  We apologize that you were not given pricing prior to the job starting. That is something that is supposed to happen both over the phone and on site.   Literally the best customer service! I had locked myself out of my house and Jay came to the rescue. He was super fast and efficient. I only recommend Baldino’s lock and key in the DMV!!

  Wow. Talk about professional staff. Walked in to inquire about having a key cut (with a chip on my shoulder) and left with everything I needed to know, and smiling. Dustin took the initiative to greet me upon entry, listen to my backstory and questions, answer my questions, provide solution options, WORE HIS MASK, and not ONCE did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. Needless to say, the level of customer service, knowledge, and common courtesy that Dustin provided has ENSURED my patronage. Basically, the exact opposite of my experience at KeyMe. Its not everyday one walks in to an establishment and has such a good experience that they take the time out of their evening to talk about it. Very happy customer. Thanks Baldino's. Thanks Dustin.
