  I went in to Bed Bath and Beyond to try using the KeyMe kiosk on Saturday, Aug 14 at 0930. The kiosk took my vehicle key and I was unable to retrieve it. I called the phone number for KeyMe and was told a technician would need to get it out. I was told someone would be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. I did not get my key back until Aug 17 @ 1200, when the technician was finally there. i.e., I was present when the technician finally arrived 74 hrs later because I kept calling KeyMe and the store manager to get updates and the technician just happened to walk into the store at 1145 and I drove straight over to get it. Very dissatisfied with KeyMe response. Since customer service is that bad, I will never attempt to use again.

  Awesome service! I was skeptical that a kiosk could produce a usable automotive key with a transponder chip, especially at their low price. The key arrived today and worked perfectly. I am very pleased with their service. Will use again.
