  The key cutting and matching is spot on. No issues with any key I’ve had duplicated. The ONLY thing I’d like is if they gave out a paper receipt. I work for a company that still takes all my purchases with a paper receipt.

  After I figured out how to properly insert my key properly the machine worked extremely well. All keys fit and operated the lock very well.

  Minute Key is a kiosk at Lowe’s and I love their concept!! We had a set of keys made, using the kiosk and chose the option of having the keys saved in the kiosk in case we should ever need a replacement. I downloaded their easy to use app on my phone to keep track of the keys that we had made. Last week we drove over 45 miles to our destination and realized that neither of us had the keys that we needed with us. Frustrated, we started to drive back home to get our keys when we remembered that Minute Key had the memory of the keys that we needed. We drove to the nearest Lowe’s, a few miles away. The kiosk generated a security number that I put into my phone to ensure safety, I chose the keys that we needed and the keys were remade in minutes. This saved us so much time and cooled our frustration from forgetting the keys at home so far away. Replacing the keys was easy and accurate.
