  I have been a loyal customer for several years. My last package was lost somehow. It was time sensitive. I had to call on it everyday because even though it was paid for, I never got updates. I completely understand mistakes happen but I felt like they just didn’t care. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

  I had important documents that cost money to replace. Label was created but never transferred to the carrier. Here I am days after the delivery date trying to figure out where my package is. They have to wait for the manager to arrive this evening so that he can review the security camera. Please do not trust this place.
