I got locked out around 10:30 PM and called them 3 times over an hour and they said there technician would call me with an ETA each time. I never received a call and their technician never showed up

I copied my fob using keyme machin, it was easy to use. I it would be great to add choosing the fob color as an option.

Warning - Likely past reviews are fake. Company has very poor rating with Better Business Bureau - Many Many Complaints. Simply put, this company and the service they provided was a big rip-off - service man was very vague about cost, first quoted $250+. When told to not come, he lowered price and said it still depends on the amount of work. He came, spent 2 minutes and pushed the door open, almost breaking door and then demanded $200 - $100 per minute - I guess. He did not provide receipt/ Very unprofessional and dangerous. Received call from company asking how was service, told them I was disappointed and felt scammed - the woman said locksmiths are expensive and the serviceman is allowed to set his own price. Stay away from this company - You have been warned.
