  0/8 keys I got here work, are visibly off. Keys look like I described the shape of the key to a blind person then asked him to draw the key from memory. I regret not just making 1 first because after the first one came out I had lost all confidence in this machine. Called their customer service and left some online feedback, hoping for a refund.

  Great customer service and SUCH an easy service to use. My husband got locked out without keys or wallet while I was away, and I was able to scan a copy of my key into the app and pay for it myself. My husband was able to pick up the copy from a kiosk near him, and this all went down in a manner of 15 minutes. Thanks for your help!
