  They were awesome! They came out quickly and helped me figure out the best lock configuration for my whole house, using what I had, and helping me avoid buying new door handles—even though they would have benefited from the sale. Highest recommendation

  Needed a new car fob and the associated programming done. Set everything up via their contact form - they were very responsive and it was so easy!! Kevin came out within a week and took care of it in 15 minutes at 1/3 the cost of the dealer. Am thrilled with the service and have several other folks I know share that these are the best folks to work with. Will use them again for sure if I ever need anything.

  A big thank you to Kevin at Coolsprings Lock and Key. Our front door key latch failed and Kevin got a replacement fast from Baldwin so fast. I have been using them for the last ten years. Truly the best lock company in middle Tennessee. Thanks Kevin!
