  Professional, on Time and quality work! I wanted a locksmith who could accommodate 2 of our office buildings with switching out all exterior locks and deadbolts. Will was recommended and I'm highly satisfied. If you are looking for someone to Trust then Will is your go to locksmith for all your work. I highly recommend and look forward to utilizing him for any work in the future.

  We were at our TN house and just got home from my husband's cancer treatment at Vandy to find that our keypad had a dead battery and we did not bring a key. Lesson Learned. It was late and we were so tired. I called Will and he answered right away and said he could be to our place in 25 minutes and I believe he made it in 15. He got us in the house within minutes and fixed the key pad. We are very grateful and cannot recommend Will and Access Lock and Key enough.

  Will Lanier is the best. He's locally owned and operated, prompt, courteous, and most importantly a straight shooter and trust worthy. Be careful dialing this business by one click dialing on YELP! When I did, YELP was dialing out to a different number that was a call center and NOT ACCESS LOCK AND KEY. It seemed very shady, so I had to dial his number directly to get him. Once I talked to Will, all was good and he took great care of us and our much needed new lock. If you call this business, Will, the owner, is the only one you speak to, HE DOES NOT EMPLOY AN OVERSEAS OR ANY CALL CENTER. Give him a call directly.
