  They were amazing! I called a morning around 11 and they told me that someone could be at my place around 1230 to re-key 4 of my locks. The person who showed up was on time, professional, wearing a mask, and did the job in about 30 mins (I was told it would take around 1h). I am very impressed by the service received. Would highly recommend using them!

  Down to one key for my old truck - decided to have a three more made. Called and spoke with John, the owner. He was very polite, courteous and professional. Told me they only have mobile service at Cary location due to COVID but his other operation, Apex Lock and Key, has curbside. Went there and was helped by Ryan. Nice young man - same as with John, polite, courteous and professional. All three keys worked great on the first try. Will definitely patronize both Cary and Apex Lock and Key moving forward.

  Cary lock and key got to our home extremely fast after we had locked ourselves out of the home with our baby inside. While we were terrified they were so fast and helpful, we are so thankful for getting to us quickly. They got inside very fast and everything worked out. They were so gracious and kind in rushing out and helping us dropping everything on a holiday to help and explained their duty and service to the community for which we are so grateful!!!
