  We had to change the majority of the light bulbs in our home, and it seemed like an overwhelming process until we arrived to Batteries plus Bulbs. Daniel was extremely helpful and patient!   Quick efficient service. Willing to install the auto battery at no additional cost. Many auto parts suppliers no longer perform this function. Also the cost of the battery was the same or within a few dollars of other online retailers.

  This message is for the manager, I'm not complaining of the guys working there, they are very polite, smiling to everybody and fast service but, I left the store without my purchase and I spent money and time in vain because of your ridiculous system. I purchased a product online to pick it up myself, I used my email, I paid with my wife's card, I took the card with me, as per the website instructions. They refused to give me the product because my name was different than the credit card I used. Even showing them my phone screen, my email confirmation of the purchase made through it. They should put a warning about this in the website, to avoid this complications and customers spending money in gas and time for nothing.
