  iPhone 6s screen and battery replacement - Excellent, friendly service, especially considering I had scheduled service at the wrong store. The repairs were done for less than $100 (special combo price + online coupon) and was done in less than 2 hours.

  Another Batteries Plus location replaced my battery with an aftermarket battery when they told me it was going to be a Samsung battery .This location took replaced the battery with a samsung battery. However after a few days my phone had water damage due to poor workmanship putting the phone together. They reused the gasket and didn't set it in place well. Went back to original batteries plus location and they fixed it. Bottom line is that the customer service is great but quality of repairs can be sketchy.
