  Service was good and prompt.  Price seem reasonable.  Service person provided two solutions, lower cost replace parts only or higher cost replace whole lock, so they are not just trying to charge you as much as possible.  I would use them again and recommend them.

  Nick was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to replace some locks and make them better and more secure and also made us new keys on site. Would definitely recommend their services again.
