  Called to get service I was told it would be 20-30 mins to arrive. Almost 2 hours later I follow up and they said they wouldn’t be able to make it. They never bothered to call and they hung up as I called back. Would not recommend horrible customer service. Definitely look for a different locksmith. I could do 0 stars I would.

  The had attitude when it was miscommunication on their part when came down to pay. I had arranged payment over the phone and they didn't tell him. I didn't know I had to pay him when he came out.
