They provide a great service! The key to my steering wheel lock snapped off inside of the lock and everything I tried I couldnt get it off or unlocked. They were in great communication and the guy was very friendly and patient with getting the steering wheel lock off. Great service and will definitely recommend Wolf Lock and Key to others!

My wife and I had lost our keys to our car and the whole process was easily the most pleasant experience with locksmiths we have had. Our technician was a complete gentlemen, very friendly, and extremely professional. I was called back within a few minutes of calling in. The technician kept me informed of where he was, when he would be here, and what he was doing while he was here. I would recommend Wolf Lock and Key to anyone. Customer service was above and beyond expectations.

The guy who came to unlock my car was 30 minutes late and had terrible communication. When I paid with cash he said he didn’t have any change for me and didn’t give me a receipt. What a dirt bag

Frank the tech wasn't on time he finally got to my house to make a key for my husband's jeep, but after 3 hours he killed my husband's battery then tries jumping it and ran out of gas in his company car. So I went to buy him gas. Then I told him just  stop he couldn't figure out how to get the car to stay started. So after 3 and half hours I told him to leave. Thank God I found his keys. He continues to sit outside my house for another 39 minutes before he called me on ny cell to threaten me to pay him $1290.00 or he was calling the cops. I told him to call them. He finally left. Poor service. Horrible service I told him I'd pay for the keys if he could get it to work he said he didn't know why it wasn't working

Wow, I am so impressed with the two guys (I am so bad with names and wish I could leave their names) who came to my home and office today to help me after locking myself out of my office and home. I was taking my dog for a walk when I noticed that I have done it again; I had locked myself out of my office which is also my home. It was getting dark and the location is not the safest area in town. When the two guys from Wolf Lock & Key arrived, I was so relieved. They did an excellent job and was able to open the door within minutes! They also fixed the lock that for some reason didn’t work the way it should. Both guys from Wolf Lock & Key was so polite and professional; I will most definitely call them again the next time I lock myself out.

I Had to have some locks re-keyed and it was a emergency I called wolf Lock and Key and they came the same day. The tech called when he was on his way, arrived on time and quickly and efficiently re-keyed the locks and made sure that all the locks and keys worked perfectly. I highly recommend these guys

This company is not reliable for cutting new car keys. Waited for the technician to come for an hour then waited another 2 hours while he supposedly cut 12 keys that did not fit my vehicle & still charged me for service fees when they didn’t do the job. Never go here!!!!! I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!! Please don’t waste your time or money!!!

I have used this company multiple times, weekends, nights, etc. They are extremely responsive, and professional. Only locksmith service I will ever use now!

Great experience and price. Helped me when I needed it most. Car got locked and I needed help getting in ASAP. The tech was quick to respond and very professional.
