Almost perfect old-school, if you need the little part or blade or tube or gasket they have it, hardware store.

Closer to perfect, but they have a friendly workhorse mouser cat (I've a friend with allergy; but wearing a mask it then shouldn't matter). Also, some aisles in older building narrow, accessibility limited, but staff will quick get what you need.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the vibe of the place too. The cat 😺 inside the store was a very nice 👍 aight to see too. Definitely 😊 will be visiting again too. But prices are a little steep here so watch out for that. In closing make sure you sign up for Ace Rewards before coming here as you'll be wishing you did.

Consistently good service at this store.  Today, for instance, I needed help finding the right valve stem for a bathroom sink from the bewildering variety of similar pieces.  I hailed an associate, who helped me right away and went through the various measurements to find the right one---even  opening several packages to make sure.  No attitude---just solid, friendly help.  Thank you!

I only use this hardware store in an emergency situation, the prices are extremely high and the staff aren't helpful at all. I asked a question about flowers one day and the employee acted like it was my fault that he was having a terrible day. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give this Ace a score of 4!!!

Ace Hardware is my go-to hardware store. They don't always have the selection that Home Depot or Lowes may have, but the staff there are always helpful. The people in the garden center always give me great suggestions. The last time I went there, I bought a ficus lyrata, and the lady in the garden staff helped give me the guidance I needed not to take it home and kill it immediately. I visited today, and associate Larry assisted me with some questions about the wood stain and polyurethane coating. I would have been completely lost without his guidance. When I visit Ace, I know that I will get the help needed, and that's worth the extra cost of some of the items.
