I am very happy with the Customer Service side of things. So I did have an issue with one of the keys I'd ordered — an issue which I emailed KeyMe about the same afternoon I received the parcel in the mail. (Of course, I supplied photographic evidence for my complaint, to provide the assurance I wasn't attempting to rip anyone off.) As I expected, a representative reached out to me very quickly: like, "12 minutes later" quickly, having extended her apologies and already issuing me a refund for the unusable key. This makes me happy. Now, the reason I'm leaving 4 stars and not 5, is that I am not sure whether the suggestion I gave for warding off the issue in the future will actually be taken up. If my suggestion is taken up and implemented fully, then I'll uprank to a full five.

I purchased a house key from the kiosk, although I was expecting to get it on the spot it did come in the mail as promised about 5 days later and it fit perfectly. It's wonderful if u do not need a key immediately, I did not so the service worked for me. Paw prints looked like advertisement. Thank you

I got a key made at Safeway Market kiosk and the key was faulty, it would only open my bottom lock and not top lock, so i notified KEY Me Locksmith by email and they answered me promptly back and sent a refund for faulty key to my bank account..i really do appreciate the prompt response..Thank you very much
