I found the roadside person who solved my issue to have been prompt in getting to and very efficient and professional. I highly appreciate their services.

Road Dog was very responsive and attentive to my needs....I was contacted via phone confirm assistance and informed that the tech would be arriving soon. The tech arrived within 15-20 mintues...he was very courteous and inquired about my wait time. Once he changed the tire he noticed my spare needed air and filled it without hesitation. Very prompt, courteous and polite. My insurance stated I used all my call in for the year and was not pleased with that but informed me that they could find a roadside service tech to come to my rescue for a price. I was pleased with the price amount and the tech came within 10 minutes of him stating 15. Richard, I thank you for the courteous service you provided and will recommend your Black Owned business to anyone in need.

Do not depend on this business if you find yourself stranded in the middle of the night on the highway. I am a woman, I told him I was anxious and waiting on the highway at 1:30am. He told me he was 45 minutes away. At 4:30am, he still wasn’t there. He never even made it to my part of town. He continued to take jobs in the area where he was and I clearly was not a priority. If you are in a bind and your insurance company places you with this company— REQUEST ANOTHER. The police eventually showed up and called a tow for me— tip: if the cops call for a tow they have to be there within 30 minutes. If you are in an unsafe location, don’t depend on ROAD DOG. Just call a company directly or have the police request one for you and get reimbursed by insurance. You’ve been warned.

We apologize for your experience, but your review contrasts with all the other reviews. This is not who we are. Everyone is a priority and anxious. You're no less important than the other female that was lockout of her car or the person that was stranded and needed a jumpstart. It was just unfortunate that you were 45 minutes away and everyone else was 12 -20 minutes away. We also told the insurance company that the driver was getting a lot of calls can they find a company closer and the insurance company said "no other company is available she will have to wait" You also forgot to mention when the driver was enroute and informed you that he was 20 minutes away,  You then realized that you didn't have a spare and that's why the police had to call for a tow.

I called for a battery change service. The technician gentleman was super nice and quite fast and professional with the service. It didn't take much time for him to get the job done. Excellent experience! Would recommend them.

Super responsive! I had a different company cancel on me after almost 2 hrs of waiting and road dog was able to help me within 10 minutes! Would highly recommend.

My daughter had an emergency 2 hours away from us. I called on Easter Sunday and the problem was solved within an hour! The price was incredibly reasonable and the gentleman was extremely kind and professional. If I have another issue in the area, I will definitely call. Thank you so much!!

I am writing here to respond to your ridiculous reply to my last review. 1. I do not care if my experience is different from others. That is completely irrelevant to me. I am leaving a review on MY experience. 2. You proceed to confirm my story that you continued to take jobs in the area in which you were working and never made it to my area. 3. You claim I was 45 minutes away, however I waited until 4:30/5:00am. The actual distance is irrelevant— the time waiting is what we care about here. 4. Lastly, the fact that I realized I didn’t have a spare is a moot point and I knew you would bring that up. You didn’t find out I didn’t have a spare until 4:30/5:00am. I had been waiting since 1:30am. That is unacceptable. This fact would only matter if you made it to me in a timely manner and couldn’t complete the job. That has no bearing on this situation as you did not know this while I was waiting. The fact that you would reply to me in such a ridiculous manner indicates the kind of business owner you are: unprofessional and unwilling to take accountability. I do not care about anyone else’s experience. I hope people take a good look at this business and judge for yourselves.
