  Very satisfied with the re-key service. I had shopped around Atlanta area locksmiths, and Unlockit were the most affordable and most transparent in their pricing. They easily provided a quote over the phone and they were the nicest to talk to of everyone I called. They had the work done quickly and the locksmith made sure I checked that all of the keys worked before accepting payment for service. Would recommend to everyone!

  We wanted all of house locks changed. We wanted some to be electronic, some just plain deadbolt and some just door knobs. Unlockit responded quickly to my call; sent me choices on the electronic locks with pricing. We scheduled a time and day. It was not one of those, we'll be there between 8am and 12 pm. It was we will be there between 1 pm and 2 pm. On the day of service, they called to say the technician was running 15 minutes late. The technician was very profession and polite. The workmanship was beautiful and he took time to carefully explain the electronic locks to my wife and I. I highly recommend Unlockit Locksmith for your security needs.

  I was referred to Unlockit Locksmith & Security by another company that couldn't get a locksmith out to my residence in a reasonable amount of time. I contacted Unlockit and was told that their locksmith was an hour away. Within 20 minutes Jeff arrived at my place and in no time unlocked my front door. He advised me that the deadbolt needed replacing and offered the choice of a used or new deadbolt. I chose the new deadbolt, he had the matching antique brass finished unit installed immediately, and I haven't had any problems since. The service visit charge was affordable and the replacement deadbolt was reasonably priced. Jeff was knowledgeable, personable and professional in his approach to getting me into my home, and I very much appreciated that, In the event that I'm unable to get into my home in the future, I'll call on Unlockit to get me in. Also, a shout out to the Customer Service Representative who took down the information that I gave her in a very professional and efficient manner.
