      UPDATE 12/19/20 Replying from Larry's response to my review 5 months after i reviewed their business. Owner has Anger management issues Larry, I stand by everything that happened during our experience there. Your reply is hardly valid being that you deal with hundreds of customer and are just now responding to an event that happened 5 months ago that you were also not even present for until the very end when we were walking out. 1. My wife was not belligerent. She merely called out your employee for her attitude about our shipping need. You are confusing your employees behavior for my wife's. 2.The rug was packed in it's original packing material. 3.We simply wanted to get a receipt for proof that it shipped in the event something happened during shipping. 4. We chose to leave on our own. We were not kicked out. I thought that was funny you said that by the way. 5.You are not fit to be an owner of a business in our community based on your classless response. 6. I have no desire to meet at your business for you to make more false claims.I would be available to meet at the Lincoln county sheriff's office if you would like to discuss this further. Again, I stand by my response. That was my experience in your store and that can't be taken away from me. Your response speaks volumes about how your run a business. Just because your last name is Turbyfill doesn't make you a good business owner or a good person. INITIAL REVIEW Sad display of customer service. I would never treat my own clients this way. I can't even imagine as an owner treating a customer like this. We came to Turbyfill to drop off a fedex shipment and Valerie watched us walk in and just looked at us. Not a word of hello or how can I help you. She was completely put off by the fact that we asked for packaging services to wrap our return (basically asking for her to do her job). HERE IS THE KICKER! They will ship the item with our fedex label but refused to give us a receipt to prove it was dropped off because it was an expensive return. She just looked at us, dead stare, and said "Because we don't". I told her that I have always been able to get one to confirm it was dropped off and she just stared at me as if i was speaking a different language. Fast forward.....the owner came out, and we let him know about the poor customer service experience and he said "well, there are other drop off locations you can take it too". DO NOT TAKE YOUR FED EX PACKAGES HERE. I contacted fedex and any AUTHORIZED Shipper like Turbyfill is REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RECEIPT TO PROVE IT HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF. Just speculation, but It's almost as if once they knew how expensive our return was (which I shouldn't have mentioned, they thought they could get away without shipping it and collect on some sort of FedEx insurance. Probably not the case but definitely seemed like something was going on based on our experience around the receipt situation. To sum things up. Do not use TURBYFILL EXPRESS for any of your business/shipping needs. There are plenty of other options as Mr. Turbyfill pointed out that I am sure would Greet, Package, and Ship with a friendly attitude and smile on their face. Lil Miss. Valerie was quite the pistol! My 9yr old has better manners and treats people with more respect than her.

      Brian, not one word of this is true. I would like for you to use your full name, I would also invite you to come say this to my face. You are not a customer. In order to be a customer you must purchase something and you must pay me for it. Your wife's belligerent behavior was completely unacceptable. Her screaming at us to pack your rug for free because you had a return label from the retailer does not motivate us to assist you in any way, shape, fashion or form. You were asked to leave the store and go somewhere else because of you and your wife's shameful conduct. You were not given a drop off receipt because you did not drop anything off.       Staff is always very friendly. Much better than going to the post office and most of the same Services although they do not have some of the very special type of stamps. Also have FedEx shipping. I have also had them do large prints and copies they did a great job.

      Had a number of services done here, from Signs, to print, to trailer wrap. Graphic design as well, all for my business. service is exceptional and professional. will continue to use them...and recommend them highly. Danny was great to work with.
