  First time using the Minute Key machine and the whole process couldn't be easier. I especially liked the self-service aspect and I didn't have to locate an associate to physically cut the key. My boys also enjoyed watching the internal mechanics, viewable through a protective window at the front of the machine.

  Efficient machine. Would be nice if there were more key options but I understand the limitations when using the kiosk.

  Keys don't work. Requested refund several days ago and have yet to hear back. Minute Key responded and issued full refund. Thanks.
