  He was on time for my appointment. I lost my key to a non standard lock so he had to replace it. He was in and out in about 15 minutes. I even got a Vet discount.

  I needed my house locks rekeyed, but I didn't want to buy 5 new locks. I asked Tom if he could just make a change on the locks I already have installed. He said, no problem, "I'll just made an adjustment on each lock and then make new keys for them. I was thrilled it could be that easy. I've used Tinder for 30 years, at least. They always come through. Tom Williford was a pleasure to work with and it took less than an hour. Thank you very much.
