  I was impressed with the service I received from you. Two out of my three keys I ordered could not be printed. Due to this the representative canceled my costs allowing me to keep the key that was processed.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I called to have a locksmith come an unlock after accidentally locking keys in truck. Just after requesting servics I was able work out plan for spare set to be delivered to me. I immediately called them to cancel service after only requesting service 10 minutes prior. They told me that I had to pay $29.99 because their locksmith was almost there. They told me in the prior conversation that the locksmith would call me once he was available and on the way. After that they called three separate times demanding that I pay because they already had a locksmith on the way. After being told he was on the way from this company locksmith called me to let me know he was just now on his way. He was unaware that I had cancelled. They were very demanding of the $29.99, told me that I had a legal obligation to pay them. Thankfully I had not given them my CC numbers. Save yourself a big hassle and choose a different company!!!

  I think $8.99 is too much for a duplicate key. But the service is easy and convenient to use.
