  I have two gate latches and the padlocks were locked. I lost the keys. I did all I could do to open the locks myself. I don't think these gate latches are made anymore, I can't find them anywhere.. So I called Broad Ripple Lock Service and they answered the phone the first time I called. After speaking to them I was confident that my locks can be opened. I dropped off my latches and picked them up (locks opened) within 24 hours.

  I bought a car from a friend that only had a spare key left. I went to Walmart, Autozone, and Lowes and they were unable to make a copy. This place quickly made me a new key and charged me a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. This will be my go to spot from now on.

  While on vacation, pet sitter was unable to unlock the door due to some malfunction. We won’t be home for two more nights so we needed someone to unlock the door for her. The woman that answered the phone at this place didn’t even bother to find out any information about what exactly I was needing after I gave her a brief explanation of what was going on. She VERY rudely informed me, “Well, I wouldn’t have time for that TODAY.”. It would have been one thing to say she didn’t have the people or the appts available. But instead she was rude as hell with a tone insinuating that I was putting her out by even bothering to call. I immediately thanked her and hung up. I called them because they were locally and family owned, but clearly not the right call. Will never use or recommend. Unlock Indy was more polite, knowledgeable, and helpful by a long stretch! The gentleman there never once made me feel dumb or bothersome.
