  Scott helped me track down a confusing door part. He went above and beyond to show me how to order the part from the correct place. He did not charge me for his help finding the part and provided excellent customer service. It is rare to find people who are truly willing to be helpful. I don’t often leave Google Reviews, but he deserves this one!

  Scott was lovely to do business with. He was responsive while chatting online for information. His prices are reasonable. His demeanor is friendly and professional. My husband and I will be using him again for our future lock needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  I am so very impressed with Scott, who is the sole proprietor of this business!!!! He responded to my inquiry & request immediately, taking care of all that needed to be done in a very prompt & professional manner. When he arrived at my home around 6 am, he was courteous, professional & personable. He went above & beyond to ensure my home was safe & secure. This is an all around phenomenal company, a “ one man show” who deserves recognition & referral. I just can’t say enough good stuff about my experience with this business!!!!!
