  Granted I called on a Friday afternoon around 2pm but all I got from this guy was word vomit. I finally accepted his offer for a Monday service call & then he started backing out of that. I called Tru-lock. They showed up in twenty minutes and we're incredible to work with. For some reason, downtown EC doesn't know how to do business.

  Rick and his team were wonderful to work with! They helped me get into my closet safe that had a broken dial, and they were very affordable, professional, and timely. Rick even gave me his cell number to keep me posted on the progress, which I really appreciated. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future lock and security needs. Highly recommend!
